If you wish to advertise your property the following terms apply:
- The advertiser confirms that he/she is the owner of the property and has the right to sell the property.
- Realcom Property Web is an advertising service only. We are not an Estate Agent and take no percentage or fee other than the advertising fee.
- Realcom take no responsibility for incorrect entries, it is the advertiser's responsibility to provide accurate details, to check that the ad and contact details on the web site are correct and inform Realcom by email of any errors or omissions.
- Realcom Property Web is subject to the usual availability problems associated with the Internet and the web servers on which it is located. We cannot guarantee that it will be available to all Internet users at all times.
- The advertiser should contact Realcom promptly if the property is sold or if it is taken off the market before the end of the agreed advertising period.
- Realcom will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, and we will not keep your details after the end of your advertising period.
- Potential purchasers will contact the vendor directly via the communications information provided.
- UK vendors must have a completed HIP (Home Information Pack) before advertising your property for sale. It is the advertisor’s responsibility to acquire a HIP.
You must confirm that you accept these conditions before we publish your ad.
